RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

**1. ELIGIBILITY**
**Returnable Items:**
– Camping equipment, outdoor gear, chairs, carts (within 30 days)
– Conditions: Unused, original packaging, all parts included
– Proof: Delivery confirmation required

**Non-Returnable:**
– Used sleeping bags (health regulations)
– Customized/engraved items
– Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
– Opened fuel canisters or food items

**Defective Items:**
– Report within 14 days of delivery for outdoor equipment
– Email clear photos/videos to support@rockapecamp.com
– Include order number in subject line

**2. RETURN PROCESS**
**Step 1: Authorization**
– Email request to: support@rockapecamp.com
– Include:
* Order number
* Item(s) to return
* Reason for return
– Authorization and instructions sent within 48hr

**Step 2: Packaging**
– Use original packaging with all padding
– Include all original parts and manuals
– Do not use original shipping label

**Step 3: Shipping**

– Use trackable service (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
– Email tracking number to support@rockapecamp.com

**3. REFUNDS**
**Processing:**
– 5-7 business days after warehouse inspection
– Original payment method only
– Exceptions:
* Store credits processed in 24hr
* Gift cards issued immediately

**Deductions:**
– Original shipping costs
– Restocking fee for large items (20% for carts, tents)
– Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)

**4. EXCHANGES**
**Policy:**
– Size/color/model swaps for identical items
– Must be in stock
– Pre-authorization required via email

**Process:**
1. Contact support@rockapecamp.com with request
2. Return original item per Section 2
3. New item ships after return received
4. Price differences: Charged/refunded via original payment

**5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS**
– 24-Hour Window: Full refund if canceled pre-shipment
– Shipped Orders: Refused at delivery (return fees apply)
– Custom Orders: Non-cancelable after production starts

**6. SPECIAL CASES**
**Damaged in Transit:**
– File claim with carrier immediately
– Email photos to support@rockapecamp.com
– Replacement shipped within 48hr

**Wrong Item Received:**
– Report within 72hr
– Free return shipping label provided
– Correct item expedited

**7. WARRANTY CLAIMS**
– Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment
– Contact support@rockapecamp.com for warranty processing
– Proof of purchase required
